Are you an experienced Plan Management professional with a
passion for accuracy, people, and positive impact?
The Ascent Group is seeking a Plan Management
Administrator for a six-month term to support our committed team and help
deliver quality, person-centred services to NDIS participants.

About the Role
In this fast-paced and rewarding position, you will play a
key role in the financial administration of NDIS Plan Management. This includes
processing invoices, monitoring participant funding, and providing accurate
financial reporting.
You will also support day-to-day administrative functions
across the organisation, including reception duties and customer service,
contributing to a warm, efficient, and participant-focused environment.
What You'll Do

Process participant invoices and payment
requests quickly and accurately
·
Monitor plan budgets and identify any
irregularities
·
Support participants and respond to enquiries
with professionalism
·
Maintain accurate financial records in line with
NDIS standards
·
Provide general administrative and reception
support
What We're Looking For
·
Proven experience in NDIS Plan Management
(essential)
·
Strong financial administration and budget
monitoring skills
·
Excellent organisational, communication, and
interpersonal skills
·
Familiarity with plan management systems (e.g.,
CIMSability, PRODA)
·
Ability to manage multiple priorities
efficiently
