What You will Do:
* Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support.
* Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and domestic duties.
* Offer companionship, social support, and community access.
* Make every interaction count by bringing kindness and respect.
What We are Looking For:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Current National Police Check
* A genuine passion for helping others.
* Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Flexibility and ability to work independently.
