The Broadbeach Tavern is looking for energetic and customer‐focused Food and Beverage Attendants to join our fast‐paced team! To be successful in this role, you must be 18 or older and hold a current RSA. We are seeking team players who thrive in a bustling pub environment, whether pouring beers behind the bar or running meals in the bistro. Flexibility is key; you will need good availability to work a dynamic roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays. A Day In The Life Of a F&B Attendant
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, you'll be on the front lines, maintaining high standards.
* Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
* Hands‐on role involving manual handling and lifting (e.g., moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Must perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
* Natural at making people feel welcome with attention to detail.
* Team player motivated to create magic for guests and teammates.
* Current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset.
