What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide safe, timely, and compassionate nursing care in line with patient care plans and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will play a vital role in supporting patients' recovery, enhancing clinical outcomes, and ensuring high standards of care and documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Completing patient assessments, identifying clinical changes and escalating concerns appropriately
* Delivering nursing care within your scope of practice and aligned with the nursing care plan
* Supporting patients with daily living activities and promoting independence
* Accurately documenting care and maintaining compliance with NSW Health and WSLHD policies
* Contributing to a cohesive nursing team, upholding safety, quality and continuous improvement

* Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
* Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
* Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
