We are seeking a highly motivated sales-focused professional to join our team as a New Homes Sales Consultant. This role will involve selling new homes to customers, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through the home building process.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell new homes to customers: Meeting and exceeding sales targets by understanding customer needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
* Provide exceptional customer service: Ensuring a smooth and personalized home buying experience for each customer, from initial consultation to handover of the keys.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Working closely with our construction teams, designers, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality homes.
* Stay ahead of the competition: Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies and stay one step ahead.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or home building industry.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
