* Dtc & Co Pty Ltd Identify defects and perform corrective work to ensure a quality finish
* Work independently or collaboratively depending on project needs
* Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
* Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
* Follow all WHS procedures and maintain a safe work environment
* Ensure clean lines, proper insulation placement, and high-quality finishes
* Provide measurements, quotes, and estimates when required
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and subcontractors

Skills and Experience
* Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining (or equivalent qualification)
* Minimum 1 years' post-apprenticeship experience
* Experience in insurance repair or facility maintenance preferred
* High attention to detail and consistent finishing standards
* Experience with acoustic, decorative, or feature installations highly regarded
* Ability to interpret plans and technical drawings
* Strong understanding of WHS requirements
* Own transport and full driver's licence
* Personal tools of trade required
* Strong time management and communication skills
* White Card and recent Police Clearance required
