Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily student attendance, including late arrivals, early departures and absences.
2. Respond to staff, parent and student enquiries ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided in a timely manner.
3. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks which includes accurate data entry, checking of information within database systems and uploading of information.
4. Greet and assist visitors, parents, students and staff in a professional, courteous and positive manner.
5. Provide care for sick and injured students, administer medications and ensure Medical Action Plans are current.
6. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
The ideal candidate will possess a First Aid qualification, demonstrated capacity for using initiative and undertaking self-directed work with minimal supervision. They will be well-organised, accurate, creative and innovative with the ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with other staff, students and parents are essential. The candidate must demonstrate integrity coupled with a strong work ethic. Work collaboratively in a team environment and support the school's ethos.
