Accountabilities Design and implement test strategies for embedded systems Define methods for functional, regression, and system testing Collaborate with feature leads and product owners on integration planning Ensure smooth integration and configuration of ES platform components Verify builds and resolve integration issues with component teams Deliver stable platform releases and test software for final sign-off Contribute to long-term strategy for integration and verification Promote automation and platform thinking to manage complexity Maintain best practices across ES and system-level testing Stay updated on industry trends and apply modern tools and methods Follow quality procedures and support continuous improvement Key Requirements 3 years testing complex hardware/software systems Skilled in automation and improving test efficiency Experience with test-driven embedded software development Strong cross-functional thinking and problem-solving Solid understanding of embedded systems and CI/CD tools Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Proficient in Python, C, or C#; able to debug and write test cases Detail-oriented and thrives in stakeholder-rich environments For more information about Cochlear and to apply, please start your application by clicking the apply button below.
