We are seeking a Landscape Construction Apprentice to join our team.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves working outdoors and wants to build real skills in landscaping. You will gain hands-on experience while learning from a supportive team and working toward your Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
You will help create and maintain outdoor spaces across our community, including parks, playgrounds, gardens, sporting fields, and more.
Key responsibilities:
* Gain knowledge of horticulture, parks, and landscaping, and work towards completing a Certificate III in Landscape Construction
* Develop effective verbal and written communication skills, sound literacy and numeracy skills
* Work effectively in a team, participate in group activities, and promote teamwork and cooperation
* Undertake training, learn new skills, and develop new work practices
* Hold a Work Health and Safety General Construction Induction (White Card)
* Possess a Provisional or Class C Driver's Licence (highly desirable)
The successful applicant will receive:
* A 4-year temporary apprenticeship
* Full-time employment with 38 hours per week
* 12% superannuation
* A 19-day month (RDO scheme)
