Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with injured individuals to develop and implement tailored recovery plans, enabling them to return to work and life with confidence and independence.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide case management services across various portfolios, ensuring that clients receive holistic and effective support.
* Deliver high-quality counselling services to individuals navigating sudden changes in their career goals and circumstances, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
* Support individuals in their recovery journey, utilising clinical expertise and knowledge to drive positive outcomes and enhance overall well-being.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration and optimal client results.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* Rehabilitation Counsellor (with full ASORC membership) or Psychologist (with full AHPRA registration)
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach
