Remuneration: $83,554.58 - $85,530.06 per annum

What you'll be doing
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level executive, secretarial and administrative support to senior leaders within a fast-paced and sensitive clinical environment.

* Manage executive diaries, communications and workflow priorities with autonomy
* Prepare high-quality correspondence, briefings and presentations to strict standards
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
* Screen and triage high-volume communications, ensuring timely responses
* Maintain records, systems and office operations to support service efficiency

How to Apply
Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.

* Excellent, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to prepare and review complex correspondence within a senior executive environment, including but not limited to briefing notes, ministerials and advice to internal; and external clients.
* Demonstrate comprehensive and successful experience in providing high level executive assistance and support to a senior executive including a proven capacity to operate effectively in a complex environment demanding confidentiality, flexibility and discernment.
* Proven high level organisation skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines supported by a demonstrated capacity to exercise initiative and judgement.
* Demonstrated ability to independently and effectively managing the diary and emails of a busy senior manager and being able to competently and confidently make appropriate decision and progress issues on their behalf.
* Demonstrate ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, to interpret complex information and advice and use discretion in knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
* Advanced proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite of office products, Content Management Systems and an ability to effectively utilise an electronic document management system such as HPRM.
