About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate management. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong relationships, and be motivated by achieving results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage client and candidate relationships
Proactively source new business opportunities
Advertise roles across job boards and social media
Screen, interview, and reference candidates
Meet achievable KPIs and performance goals
Ensure compliance, including Right to Work checks in Australia
About You
Minimum
1-2 years' recruitment experience
Experience with Salesforce ATS (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication, negotiation, and multi-tasking skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident relationship-builder with a positive, can-do attitude
