Job Description

Our South Perth team is growing, and we're excited to welcome a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead, inspire, and make a real impact.

Your Role

* Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders
* Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students
* Attend supervision and CPD training sessions
* Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery


Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
* A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let's tailor it together)
