Oversee and manage the maintenance role at our Armadale Place Care Community based in Armadale.

About The Role
* Based @ Armadale Place Care Community
* Full Time, Monday - Friday
* 9am – 5pm shifts

Role Responsibilities And Requirements
* Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
* Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential
* Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis
* Liaison with external contractors where required
* Lawn and garden maintenance as required
* Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
Please note all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker’s clearance.
