About the Position
This role plays a key part in maintaining public safety and promoting community wellbeing through education and enforcement. Responsibilities include responding to community concerns, conducting patrols, issuing infringement notices and carrying out investigations in line with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to public enquiries and complaints relating to parking, animals, safety and By-Law matters in a timely and professional manner.
* Conduct foot or vehicle patrols and issue infringement notices to enforce relevant legislation.
* Support programs and activities aligned with Council policies and strategies.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting to support investigations, enforcement and service improvement.
* Liaise with other agencies and internal stakeholders to support community safety and provide assistance where needed.

Requirements:
* Possession of a Class C Drivers Licence National Police Records Check Strong interpersonal communication skills.
* A minimum of 2-years experience working in a front-line service delivery role or equivalent qualifications.
