About The Role
As the Hotel Manager, you'll take charge of daily operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences while upholding and protecting the brand's reputation and assets.
About You
* 2 + years experience in hospitality management roles
* RSA certification
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Excellent computer skills – word, excel, outlook, room booking systems an advantage
* Demonstrated previous experience with critical analysis situations and proactive problem solving
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
* Experience in effective and engaging communication with various skilled and unskilled employees
* Proven record of training and building teams
