As a Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bakery department.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the bakery department.
About You and Your Skills
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is required.
* Direct/indirect leadership experience is essential as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
* Maintaining excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control is crucial.
* Driving a one team culture which celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first is vital.
* Delighting our customers with an outstanding shopping experience is key.
