Description Key Responsibilities End-to-end purchasing management for food, beverage, and operational supplies Support a busy 199-room hotel and high-volume food and beverage operation Ensure all purchasing activities are conducted honestly, ethically, and in line with internal controls Maintain accurate ordering, pricing, inventory, and supplier records Work closely with Finance, Culinary, and Operations teams Manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and contract compliance Support audits, budgeting, and cost-control requirements About You Proven experience in purchasing within a busy hotel or high-volume food and beverage environment Known for being honest, reliable, and consistent in your work practices Strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgement Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally demanding environment Experience using FutureLog (highly regarded) Clear communicator with a practical, accountable approach The Team You will be part of a busy department, supporting one other purchasing team member within the broader Finance team.
