We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiatic receptionist for our small family owned Self Storage business in Doyalson.
The successful applicant must be available to work at least 2-3 days per week

Above award wage plus superannuation.
Immediate Start
Main duties include but are not limited to:
*Customer service and sales
*Data entry
*Email correspondence
*Invoicing and payment reconciliation
*General admin duties
*Office housekeeping/cleaning
*Required to work alternate Saturdays (9am - 1pm)
*Job share position
Successful applicant must have:
*Admin experience
*Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
*Ability to work unsupervised but also as part of a small team
*Excellent computer skills
*Be Reliable, flexible, organised, punctual and a quick learner
*Experience in XERO bookkeeping software would be desirable but not essential
