Project Development Lead
In this key role, you will have the opportunity to drive and deliver projects that shape the built environment. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects in line with project documentation, considering quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Strategic Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that meet stakeholder expectations
* Client / Stakeholder Relationships & Team Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution
* Profitability, Project Time Control: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Industrial Relations, Quality, HSE: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to industry regulations and best practices
Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualifications in Building / Construction Management / Engineering or related field
* Proven experience working in a construction or fit-out/refurb/new build environment, preferably in a leadership role
* Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
* Experience managing a team, with a positive approach and fostering collaboration
