Assistant Store Manager – Westfield Doncaster

We're chasing an Assistant Store Manager who brings energy, leads from the front, and knows how to rally a team of 60+ in a fast, high‐traffic Westfield store.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving the store's full sales potential.
• Operate the store smoothly and create a positive, engaging work environment.
• Lead by example, deliver top‐tier customer service, and motivate the team.
• Train staff, drive floor sales, and achieve results.
• Manage visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.

Qualifications

• Retail management or leadership experience.
• Strong ability to lead by example and deliver excellent customer service.
• Natural skill to motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience in training staff, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.

Work Hours

Tuesday to Saturday – life happens outside of work.
