About the role:
This is your chance to step into a standout role in Geelong / Western Region, working across a portfolio of high-profile sites where quality and performance matter.
You will play a key part in the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of our cutting-edge equipment, helping deliver reliable, energy efficient solutions across some of the region’s most prestigious sites.
If you enjoy hands on technical work, problem solving, and being part of projects that set the benchmark for modern HVAC performance, this role puts you right at the centre of it.
Key responsibilities:
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
* You will dive into advanced troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues across a wide range of commercial systems including air conditioning units and chillers. From testing and fine-tuning repairs to ensuring peak system performance, your work will directly influence reliability and efficiency on critical sites.
* Be at the forefront of equipment commissioning, bringing high performance systems to life and ensuring they operate flawlessly from day one.
* With a strong focus on quality, precision, and customer satisfaction, you will help set the benchmark for service excellence.
* Focusing on high standards of quality, delivery excellence whilst exceeding customer service expectations.
* Beyond the tools, you will also contribute to the bigger picture supporting business growth, strengthening client relationships and playing a key role in expanding market presence and profitability.
Requirements:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are, proactive, professional, punctual, well-presented and possess a can-do attitude.
As a minimum you must have:
* You are a confident communicator, able to engage clearly and professionally with customers, teammates, and stakeholders both on site and in writing.
* You understand the importance of quality assurance and take pride in delivering work that meets the highest industry standards.
* Solid, hands on experience across HVAC systems and components, you have the technical depth to diagnose, maintain, and optimise complex equipment with confidence.
* Minimum Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and a full ARCtick licence.
* A current Australian driver’s licence
