Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and resident wellbeing
* Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning
* Manage tenancy paperwork, maintain confidential resident records, and ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards
* Promote the community through tours, networking, and events; collaborate with marketing and residents to foster a vibrant community atmosphere
* Uphold WHS standards, conduct daily site audits, manage contractor compliance, and ensure safe use of chemicals and equipment
Requirements
* Relevant certifications such as First Aid, Food Safety Supervisor, and current driver's licence
* Strong leadership experience, ability to manage teams, give constructive feedback, and communicate effectively across all levels
* Hands-on experience in property and grounds maintenance, confidently respond to emergencies and problem-solve independently
* Physically capable of performing manual tasks including cleaning, lifting, gardening, and using site vehicles and equipment safely
* Presents themselves professionally, self-motivated, empathetic, and thrives in a community-focused environment
