Who We're Looking For:
We are looking to recruit a Senior Project Administrator, to provide high-level administration advice and support to research teams, including human resources, finance, contract and grant management, across different stages of the project lifecycle.
Our preferred candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
* Provide effective, high-quality project administration in accordance with funding agreements, program priorities and Menzies policies and procedures.
* Have the ability to build and foster stakeholder engagement and become the first point of contact for all queries ensuring consistency.
* Lead the preparation of legal briefs, support grant processes, and coordinate budget submissions and re-forecasting.

What We Can Offer You:

* Base Salary: $114,014 – $124,170 per annum, pro rata
* Total Remuneration Package (including superannuation): $140,169 – $151,747 per annum, pro rata
* Generous leave provisions including 6 weeks annual leave.
* Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum and $2,650 meal and entertainment card tax-free
* Option to increase superannuation to 14%
