We are seeking a motivated individual to complete a two-year Administration Traineeship. This role is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Business Administration and gain a Certificate Level IV qualification with structured on-the-job learning and support from our experienced team.
* Completion of Higher School Certificate or equivalent education;
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills;
* Effective time management, organisational and prioritising abilities;
* Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel);
* Willingness to learn and ability to commit to a traineeship;
* A professional, motivated and customer-focused attitude;
* Current driver's license for local travel.
* Administrative tasks including letter writing, filing, sorting correspondence and general administration;
* Data entry and management;
* Switchboard operation and coordination;
* Managing mail collection and distribution, catering requirements and stationery supplies.
