We require applicants with relevant experience working as a Residential Building Maintenance Technician preferably for at least 3 years.[1]The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills & be able to multitask effectively within an organized work environment.We appreciate if candidates hold high school diploma or equivalent qualification.The ability to obtain valid driver’s license prior commencing this role would be highly beneficial too.Also must be willing ‘on-call’ when required.Basic qualifications include holding first aid certification.Employees need occasional training which could involve overtime,independent study both technical as well as personal growth,& acquire new knowledge.Therefore one has access “online/off-line” platforms supporting staff improvement.High level of physical fitness may also help you successfully fulfill these roles so that there isn't any injuries during servicing days.When needed operate equipment/lifts safely according set guidelines!
