Opportunity
Our Lismore branch needs a go-getter Manager to drive sales, build client relationships, and open new doors. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be the force behind our growth and success, managing a top-performing team and delivering the best service in the business.
Responsibilities
* Leading a high-energy team of sales and warehouse pros.
* Crushing sales targets and hitting budgets.
* Building strong client relationships and finding new business opportunities.
* Managing daily sales and distribution with efficiency and a smile.
* Teaming up with Business Development to turn opportunities into wins.
* Creating a standout experience for customers at the trade counter.
Qualifications
We want a motivated, results-driven leader with a proven track record of success. Experience in fasteners, industrial supplies, or construction is nice but not essential. If you've got the leadership chops and drive to win, we'll teach you the rest.
