About the Position
The College seeks an exceptional leader to assume the role of Principal, commencing July 2025. As the Council's delegate, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational functions, educational practices, and daily activities to fulfill the College's mission.

* Proven expertise in educational compliance, human resource management, risk management, finance, leadership, team development, marketing, and school governance.
* Visionary leadership with a passion for increasing the influence of Christian education.
* Demonstrated experience in school leadership, including stakeholder engagement and child safety.
