Key Responsibilities
\

* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
\
* Support clients to develop and implement personalized plans to achieve their goals
\
* Work collaboratively with other support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
\
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
\
* Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records and reports

* Perform other related duties as required

Requirements
\
To be successful in this role, you will need:
\

* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a support worker or related role
\
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\
* Capacity to develop positive relationships with clients and colleagues
\
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
\
* Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications
\
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
\
* Current NSW Working with Children Checks
\
* NDIS Worker Check

* Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle for work purposes

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
