Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operational risk management and resilience solutions team.
As a Director, you will oversee the delivery of engagements, including onboarding teams, designing delivery strategies, managing client relationships, monitoring profitability, and supervising/coaching the team.
You will also take a key role in business development activities to build the profile of the firm and yourself. This may include designing campaigns, developing client plans, conducting thought leadership, and building internal networks to provide integrated solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead teams in delivering operational risk management and resilience solutions
* Oversee engagement delivery, including onboarding, strategy design, client relationship management, and team supervision
* Participate in business development activities to build firm and personal profiles
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* Experience as a consultant with expertise in advising clients on operational risk and resilience
* In-depth knowledge of CPS 230 implementation
* Proven experience building profitable businesses through client relationship development
* Ability to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, including proposals, pre-engagement activities, deliverables, stakeholder workshops, reporting, and billing
* Strong problem-solving skills, confidence, and humility
