Cloud Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned cloud leader to spearhead our customer success initiatives.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* You will establish strong relationships with key customer IT decision makers, driving long-term cloud adoption and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
* You will provide actionable insights and feedback to relevant Microsoft teams, informing continuous improvement and ensuring seamless delivery of customer solutions.
* You will own your committed pipeline, delivering excellence and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
* You will develop opportunities to drive business results by working with technical decision makers, educating them on the value proposition of Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services.
* You will design and implement architectural solutions that meet customer business goals and technical environment requirements.
* You will identify and resolve issues blocking go-live of customer success projects, leveraging Azure Data and Analytics expertise.
* You will demonstrate a self-learning mindset, continuously aligning individual skilling with team demands and customer success goals.
2. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
* 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology consulting/support, database systems, data analytics, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
* Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
* Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
