About The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, handle inventory and rostering, achieve store sales goals, foster a welcoming inclusive culture, and ensure visual merchandising standards.
About You and Your Skills
- You have experience in quick‑paced retail, hospitality or customer‑facing environments and want to learn about our products.
- You’re social and enjoy chatting with people, aiming to deliver an awesome customer experience.
- You’re skilled at administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, liquor inventory management, and keeping the store organized and visually appealing.
- You are excited by hitting store goals and boosting sales.
- You hold an RSA certification or are willing to obtain one.
