Salary Package: $75,000 – $85,000 + Superannuation + Phone/Laptop

The Role
- Act as the primary contact for Retail category teams and internal stakeholders, driving strong relationships and effective communication.
- Manage promotional programs, rebates, and retail mastersheets to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal planning teams.
- Coordinate new product launches, deletions, and commercials in collaboration with Product Development and Marketing.
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and contribute to quarterly business reviews and category strategies.
- Lead the Freezer account strategy, oversee collaboration meetings, and resolve adhoc claims while supporting overall business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Proven sales or account management experience in FMCG or Retail
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and analytical capability
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and responsive under pressure
- Able to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
