About the Role
As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you'll be responsible for delivering high‑quality plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor project works across a variety of commercial sites. You'll work independently and as part of a team to minimise client disruption and maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret plumbing drawings and specifications
* Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems (water, gas, sewer, stormwater)
* Respond to reactive maintenance issues, including leaks, blockages, and gas problems
* Carry out preventative maintenance
* Install new fixtures and prepare job quotes for minor works
* Maintain accurate documentation and safety records
* Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
* Comply with WHS and client‑specific requirements
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* VBA Registration or Plumbing Licence
* Ability to drive a manual vehicle
* Own hand tools (power tools provided)
* White Card
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Backflow Prevention & TMV certification
* Confined space, EWP, and Working at Heights certification
* Strong understanding of WHS and risk management protocols
