About the Role
The Night Auditor plays a pivotal role in maintaining the hotel's presentation, safety, and professionalism during the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs while ensuring accuracy.
* Complete nightly audits, reports, and reconciliations within the RMS system.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain public areas' cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
* Liaise with Reception, Housekeeping, and Management teams to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Ensure the security of guests and property during overnight hours.
* Perform minor maintenance or cleaning tasks as required.
About You:

* Previous experience in Night Audit or Front Office roles is advantageous.
* Proficiency in RMS property management system and handling reservations is essential.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Display professional presentation and telephone etiquette.
* Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* Hold a current National Police Check (or be willing to obtain one).
* Local knowledge of Mandurah and surrounding regions is beneficial.
* Basic maintenance or cleaning experience is desirable.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction is required.
