Key Responsibilities:
* Manage loan applications from submission through to settlement
* Liaise with clients, lenders, and referral partners
* Prepare and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Maintain high levels of communication and follow-up throughout the loan process
* Contribute to improving processes and supporting the wider team
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need experience in mortgage broking support, banking, or a similar client services role. You must also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
