Youth Justice Care Specialist
This role involves participating in a 24/7 roster and engaging in culturally sensitive programs to provide care and support to vulnerable young people with complex behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing individualized support and care to young people with complex needs
* Engaging in culturally sensitive programs and activities
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive plans for young people
Requirements:
* Experience working with youth in a similar context is essential
* A strong understanding of child development and behavior management principles
* A commitment to upholding ethical standards and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
* A valid driver's license and MAYBO training are advantageous, but not mandatory
