We specialise in creating high-quality residential and commercial outdoor environments, offering services ranging from design and softscape/hardscape construction to long-term maintenance.
We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Landscape Gardener to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional landscaping services to our valued clients.
The Role
As a full-time Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining outdoor spaces. This role suits an experienced individual who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planting, turfing, pruning, mulching, and general gardening tasks.
* Construct garden features such as retaining walls, paths, decks, and irrigation systems.
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
* Interpret landscaping plans and ensure projects are completed to specifications.
* Maintain health and appearance of gardens through seasonal care routines.
* Adhere to safety procedures and company standards at all times.
Requirements
* Proven experience in landscaping or gardening (minimum 2 years preferred).
* Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (or equivalent experience).
* Sound knowledge of plants, soil, and garden maintenance.
* Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in varying weather conditions.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A valid driver’s licence is preferred.

* Competitive salary package between $70,000 – $80,000 per year plus super.
