About the Role
Night Auditors serve a critical role by providing direct guest support throughout the hospitality experience by accurately processing and tracking transactions and other reportable items. Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, proactive in delivering resolutions to guests' challenges.
Some of the responsibilities include:
* Provide excellent service to guests and customers as appropriate.
* Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
* Complete the night audit in an efficient and accurate manner.
* Conduct audits and correct discrepancies.
* Run daily reports and distribute accordingly.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Current experience in a similar role within a hotel, highly regarded
* Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Knowledge of Opera is desirable.
* Well-developed communication skills
* Australian work rights required
