The role
Monadelphous is seeking experienced E&I Supervisors to join our Engineering Construction division, supporting the delivery the Jimblebar Train Load Out Replacement Project (TLO) in Newman.
Works include the installation of a new train loadout, new drive station and new feed conveyor tying into an existing transfer station with HV/LV power, instrumentation and control, lighting and small power, and communications cable install and termination, large electrical equipment install as well as existing substation works during shutdown periods to tie‐in new infrastructure.
This is a key site role responsible for supporting E&I construction activities across a large-scale project, working to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Positions commence mid-July on a 2:1 FIFO roster, flights provided from all major Australian capital cities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce personnel
- Actively monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure adherence to correct HSE policies and procedures
- Review performance and manage any performance issues as per Monadelphous procedures
- Communicate with client representatives to inform them on the progress of the project and resolve any issues
- Plan and organise work to meet the projects requirements and promote productivity
- Adhere to all site rules and inspire crew to work safely and efficiently
- Coordinate & Delegate work to your crew
What youll bring
- An Electrical trade qualification
- Current WA Electrical Licence
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- A customer‐centric mindset and strong value of safety

- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Experience on a Rio Tinto project highly desirable but not essential
