Your Responsibilities
* You will provide overall leadership and management of operations services covering site leads, PROGOs, OPs, and FTD Sustainment teams.
* You will be responsible for technical performance, engaging with engineering, training system leads, internal business areas, Team 21 subcontracted organisations, and external program stakeholders.
About This Role
To succeed, you will have demonstrated experience in a senior leadership & management role in a Defence, Maintenance, and Training environment, with extensive experience in aviation operations and military pilot training system management and delivery execution.
