We are a new medicinal cannabis cultivator based near Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. We are dedicated to providing Australian patients with access to Australian-grown, pharmaceutical-grade medicinal cannabis solutions.
Territory
You will be based in Melbourne, overseeing Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania.
Job Description
Your role as a face of Pharma Crop involves introducing our medicinal cannabis portfolio to healthcare professionals, including liaising with GPs, nurses, specialists, clinics, pharmacists, and dispensaries.
You should be confident in presenting, providing educational sessions, attending conferences, and traveling interstate (approximately once every 6 weeks).
Understanding territory management, account management, and the healthcare industry is essential.
We seek a vibrant, energetic, ethical medical professional who can work autonomously, shows initiative, has high work ethics, and a strategic mindset.
Relevant Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare customer-facing experience (e.g., pharmaceutical representative, naturopath, or nutritional specialist)
- Medicinal cannabis experience preferred
- Knowledge of Melbourne territory and established network
- Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans for growth
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer service excellence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with new product launches highly regarded
- Understanding of TGA compliance and regulatory framework
- Interest in science/medicinal cannabis
