The Role
With the continuous development of our company, we need a special experienced leader to supervise and expand the personnel department more and more. In this role, you'll be creating new systems and processes for efficient talent acquisition, recruitment, on boarding, training, cultivating strong relationships with existing staff, and spearheading new HR-related projects that help push TK CAPITAL GROUP forward.
This role is most suitable for those who are looking for a unique opportunity and challenge in start-ups to get development. Due to the rapid growth of our company and the pivotal role recruiting plays, there's potential for the role to evolve and perhaps one day even lead to higher responsibilities such as becoming the Chief People Officer (CPO). Many of our early employees in TK CAPITAL GROUP have been promoted to leadership positions and continue to work hard and contribute to our vision.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager reports directly to the President and will undertake the following list of duties:
* Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
* Provide consultative, strategic guidance to senior management on organisational and talent opportunities to mitigate risk and improve performance with the support of external advisers.
* Conduct regular, proactive meetings with employees, managers and leaders to develop, assess, and anticipate People-related needs.
* Oversee the optimised utilisation of the HRIS to maintain the employee database and effectively communicate updates and internal processes.
* Lead the recruitment funnel to ensure the acquisition of talent to meet business needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned to core company values that promote effective communication channels to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
* Lead the management and implementation of annual performance feedback processes.
* Develop and update HR policies to align with evolving legal standards and industry best practices and ensure relevant updates and training is passed on.
Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in HR/Management/Business/Operations
* 5+ Years Experience in HR, and/or Recruiting/Management/Operations Experience
Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (Simplified) is required for this role.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
