**The Role**
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing flight operations, ground crew and training requirements to support a fixed wing aerial surveillance program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join Omni and support the enhancement of the security in the Western and Central Pacific region through the provision of aerial and space-based surveillance capabilities.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing diplomatic and landing permit clearances.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with surveillance operations.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and operational planning with relevant stakeholders.
- Supervising the execution of Surveillance Tasking Orders and active patrols.
- Managing supplier relationships and commercial aspects of surveillance operations.
- Ensuring adherence to quality management standards and continuous improvement processes.
This role relates to a future program of work and is anticipated to commence in the next 12 months.

- A minimum of 5 years' experience working on similar complex programs.
