Overview
Certifii Pty Ltd is currently one of the fastest growing professional service companies in Australia. We audit and assess businesses that are seeking certification in ISO quality, safety, environment, cyber security and Artificial Intelligence management system standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 ISO27001, ISO 42001).
To further drive this growth, we are looking for a Business Representative with a technical background (preferred) to build new and develop existing client relationships with a focus on the Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence standards. This role reports to the Managing Director.
As the Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in the growth of Certifii by focusing primarily on increasing certification subscriptions and maintaining our existing group of prestigious clients. You will prepare individual sales and marketing action plans in line with the overall sales strategy to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth aims of the business and maximise profit. Then you will execute to identify new sales opportunities and meet required revenue targets. Some travel may be required from time to time to meet with your prospects.
The industries Certifii are active in include but are not limited to, Oil & Gas, Mining & Resources, Civil Design & Construction, Engineering, Transport & Logistics, Renewable Energy, Defence and Aerospace.
Key Accountabilities
1. Assist in the development and execution of sales plans and marketing strategy for the business
2. Identify, research, plan and contact potential clients to establish new business in your defined sectors in order to achieve targeted revenue growth.
3. Anticipate, identify, and understand client's needs and translate those into sales opportunities
4. Co-ordinate Certifii participation in trade fairs/exhibitions etc, as required.
5. Work with Certifii social media team to promote Certifii
6. Liaise with industry groups and networks
7. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences
8. Deliver presentations
9. Represent and uphold the professional corporate image of Certifii
10. Attend weekly sales & financial reporting
11. Meet agreed KPI's as assigned by Certifii senior management

There will be an initial orientation and training period based at our North Brisbane office, after which you will have the autonomy to manage your own time. We are looking for the right person who can self-manage to achieve the desired results.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 +years proven track record in Business-to-Business Sales, with demonstrable EQ skills, a professional image and a positive minded approach to creating new opportunities. Ideally you will have some knowledge of ISO certification and an active interest in the Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence domains.
