Your new role:
As a Project Supervisor, you will lead and supervise project teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with HSE standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising project staff and addressing performance issues.
* Managing safe work practices and maintaining compliance systems.
* Delivering projects within agreed timeframes and financial targets.
* Monitoring labour, plant, and equipment usage and resolving issues.
* Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Assisting with contract administration and variation processes.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Electrical and/or Communications Trade Qualification (essential).
* Proven experience supervising project employees on site.
* Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to lead and coach teams and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Project, and Excel.
Desirable:
* 2-5 years post-trade experience.
* Local electrical or communications industry knowledge.
