Our organization is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead the shared services function across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation activities.
This individual will be responsible for providing leadership to regional shared service leads and managing a geographically dispersed team.
The successful candidate will have a finance or accounting qualification, at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance operational or shared services role, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the financial operations function across multiple teams.
* Provide strategic guidance to regional shared service leads.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
This is a global role requiring flexibility to work outside standard hours.

Requirements
* Finance or Accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent).
