About the Role
This position involves delivering in-person counselling services, utilising expert knowledge of Rogerian and CBT therapies to support carers.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and develop services to meet the needs of carers.
* Contribute to community relationships to deliver effective counselling services.
Requirements
* A qualification in counselling, psychotherapy or social work.
* Accreditation within an Australian professional association.
* Counselling experience in Australia, including children and adolescents.
* Experience in data analysis and product development.
* Commitment to social inclusion and diversity.
* Expertise in clinical therapies, including Rogerian and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
