Role Description
This role requires an estimated 16-22 hours per week of work and is a casual role, based at our Faunatech offices in Rydalmere, NSW. The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the organisation through the implementation of marketing objectives. The duties include social media posting and strategy, content creation, marketing campaign management and analytics/reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company brand and messaging.
* Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
* Create and update lead generation tools such as forms and landing pages in HubSpot CRM.
* Create and oversee email marketing campaigns
* Track marketing campaign success by regularly assessing goals and KPIs with the team
* Leverage internal and external resources for content creation for blogs, newsletters, socials and marketing emails.
* Participate in marketing meetings, prepare meeting notes, and track status of action items
* Liaise with our US based Head Office Marketing Team to ensure overall company strategic objectives are met.
* Ensure branding is consistent in terms of brand colours, fonts, copy and messaging in all outgoing communications.
* Understand key differences in products and audience types and apply that knowledge to guide marketing communications
* Maintain knowledge of all Faunatech products and their use in the field.
* Develop and coordinate production of promotional assets (e.g. Banners for conferences)
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.

Knowledge
* Willingness to seek help from colleagues
* Experience with HubSpot, Monday and EventBrite are preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Google Suite, Zoom and Slack.
* Experience with SEO/SEM and paid google ad campaigns.
* Interest in conservation and technology strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field and/or minimum 2 years marketing experience essential.
Working Conditions
Work is performed on site in Rydalmere, NSW within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. There is flexibility on how the hours are split up over the week to suit your schedule.
