Sous Chef
COMPENSATION
Salary: $116,462 + 12% Superannuation.
SCHEDULE
14 days on site, 7 days home; 12‐hour days. Travel from Perth to WA villages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support Head Chef to run kitchen smoothly.
* Oversee kitchen team in prep, production, service.
* Maintain highest cleanliness and safety standards.
* Deliver high‐quality meals consistently.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or Trade Certificate (NVQ Level 4, City & Guilds accepted).
* 5 years post‐trade or commercial cooking experience.
* 2 years experience supervising and managing a team.
* Expertise in high‐volume bulk and batch cookery (FIFO experience highly desirable).
* Understanding of workplace safety and compliance standards.
* Working knowledge of ordering, storing, preparing and delivering food.
* Experience in Workplace Health & Safety including HACCAP principles.
* Valid working rights in Australia for next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available).
* Confidently pass pre‐employment medical.
